The Pace Is Increasing

This week we are regaining access to the Antrobus Arms with the team.  It feels like an eternity has passed since we were handed the keys for the pub.

A lot has changed, and there have been a number of challenges.  The closer we get the higher the stress levels seem to become! It is a moment that we have been longing for, we have been like a coiled spring ready to release with all the plans for getting the pub ready to open.

Where the gents toilets once were, there is now a ramp to the dining room and new toilet facilities.

The next two weeks are huge, there will be a lot of hard work to do while we get ready for the reopening of the Antrobus Arms.  We will be spending most of this week getting all of the back of house areas cleaned, organised and ready to take deliveries.  Our new crockery, glassware, cutlery, kitchen equipment, computers, (the list goes on) are all inbound this week. 

More importantly and most exciting, next week we will be receiving our first beer delivery!

The project is rapidly progressing and lots of quick fire decisions are being made. The reopening date (TBC) is getting every closer - but one thing is for sure, we cannot wait to get the doors open!
